Wow. It's weird, I recently was wondering what it would be like if there were a "butler genera" of anime.

I'd actually feel more comfortable going to a butler restaurant than a maid restaurant; it would seem less like I have a bizarre fetish and more like I want to go to a "sophisticated high-class restaurant."

The Butler Cafe Swallowtail, huh?....

Heh heh heh.... "swallowtail"

Actually, thinking about it, I have been to a restaurant where the wait staff was "Maid/Butler" themed based.  The female staff wore "traditional" maid garb and the male staff was dressed in formal "butler" attire.  The maid outfits showed a significant amount of leg but were not overly revealing.  If I remember correctly, the name of the restaurant was "Gulliver's" and it was down near Newport Beach, California.  It was a legitimate restaurant (not just there because of the theme).

There is also a restaurant chain called Medieval Times (based on a medieval royal court).  The female wait staff is dressed as serving wenches, with costums that show a lot of cleavage.

I've been to Medieval Times. I really liked the food there. That place was very cool.
