I found a pretty damned useful site for items that don't ship internationally outside of Japan; it's a service separate of eBay and the like, meaning that it charges its own fees, but it'll be useful for getting items not otherwise acquirable:

Take a look at it if there's anything that you want and doesn't ship outside a country (e.g. my example: FINALLY managed to get my hands on those #$*@#&$*#$  rare Digital Maiden DVDs)

BTW, what exactly are the Digital Maiden DVDs? I know that there are three of them, and I think they're an interactive game of some sort?

They're actually 3 Digital Maiden CDs, grouped on two DVDs later on. They are a collection of mini-games, voices from the series, wallpapers and pictures in very high resolution, and other goodies.
